WHEN IS THE BEST AGE TO START?
It is never too late or too early to start teaching your baby good sleeping habits. There are plenty of little tricks you can begin to implement in the first weeks of life to get baby off to a great start. The most common age parent come to me for support is around the 4-5 month mark, when baby's sleep habits begin to change and mom has had several months of broken sleep and it is beginning to take a toll on everyone in the home. Every child can greatly benefit from better sleeping habits, no matter the age.
MY CHILD IS NO LONGER A BABY, WILL SLEEP COACHING WORK FOR MY TODDLER?
Yes, there are many helpful techniques dedicated to a toddler who is having trouble sleeping, like reward chart incentives and other ways to help your toddler stay in bed.
WILL MY BABY CRY?
Every child is unique, and when changes are made to anyone's sleep habits and environments, protest is expected. And since crying is the only form of communication a baby has, it makes sense they will cry in response to change. My methods are NOT based on the Cry It Out approach. It is hard to say how much your baby will protest, some babies adapt very quickly, some take a bit longer. I do advise parents to comfort their baby when and how they feel comfortable.
I SHARE A ROOM WITH MY CHILD, WILL SLEEP COACHING WORK FOR ME?
Yes, If you're sharing a room with your child, a great strategy is to set up a divider between you and your child for the first while (eg; a curtain over a clothesline) Once your child is sleeping well through the night, you can remove the divider if you choose.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, I'm so passionate about helping babies and parents get sleep, I want to make it workable for as many families as I can. I accept payment plans, in two parts. Both payments must be made by the time we begin working together, you may choose a date that is best to begin our journey, granted my availability allows.

Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee the success of your baby's sleep coaching, as I cannot be with you all of the time to assure you are following the custom sleep plan I've created just for you.
